<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the handleability of a printed board manufacturing process and to reduce the cost by the increase of a yield. <P>SOLUTION: A laminated body D is obtained in such a manner that rectangular foils A made of copper or copper alloy are joined at the edges of two sides facing each other of the rectangular foils A by an adhesive B whose adhesive strength is 5g/cm to 500g/cm and then, a prepreg P and a copper foil C are joined to both surfaces of the adhering rectangular foils A in order. Then, two laminated sheets H whose one surface has a metal pattern G formed are obtained in such a manner that a dry film resist F having such a size to cover the whole surface is laminated to both surfaces of the laminated body D and is exposed and developed after the lamination, to form a pattern and further, the metal pattern G is formed by etching and plating the pattern part and then, peeled from the part joined by the adhesive B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
