<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous press forming method for working precisely a helical gear with high productivity, from a gear material, and a device therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The continuous press forming method is prepared with a press mold composed of a punch 10 rotatable around the axis, and a die 12 provided with a material receiving part 15 for receiving the gear material 2 in a position corresponding to the punch 10, and having a helical tooth forming part 32 communicated with a lower part of the material receiving part 15; the gear material 2 is rotated spirally along the helical tooth forming part 32, to form a helical tooth on an outer circumference, with rotation of the punch 10 when the punch 10 is pressingly operated, and the gear material 2 passed therethrough is taken out in an opposite side of the punch 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
