<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyzed water producing apparatus capable of adjusting the pH value of electrolyzed water to any given value without using a pH adjusting agent while electrolyzing electrolytic raw water with high electrolyzing energy in the electrolyzed water production. <P>SOLUTION: A part of the electrolytic raw water is electrolyzed in a non-diaphragm electrolytic cell to obtain mixed-electrolyzed water, which is then supplied to one of the electrolytic chambers of a diaphragm electrolytic cell for electrolysis to obtain anode water or cathode water. A part of, or the whole of the anode water or cathode water is supplied to the other of the electrolytic chambers of the diaphragm electrolytic cell with some electrolytic raw water for further electrolysis. According to this method, the high electrolyzing energy can be used in the electrolysis and the pH value of the electrolyzed water can easily be controlled by adjusting the amount of the resupplied anode water or cathode water, since the resupplied anode water or cathode water serves as a neutralizer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
