<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which can effectively attain improvement in amusement of a game by use of a step-up announcement performance. <P>SOLUTION: The game machine includes an operation button 120 as an operation means operable by a player, and a performance control CPU 101 can execute, in addition to the step-up announcement performance, a button announcement performance for announcing the probability of a jackpot according to the operation of the operation button 120 by the player.
