<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planetary gear speed reducer, which can produce a reduction rate flexibly into low, middle and high, and has a stabilized structure as a whole and a downsized volume. <P>SOLUTION: In the planetary gear speed reducer, at least one sun gear is mounted inside a central hole. The flame includes the central hole, and parallelly arranged first fixing part, second fixing part and third fixing part with intervals along the central hole. Some first gears are fixed between the first fixing part and the second fixing part in a manner of allowing gyration and engage with the sun gear as well. Some second gears are fixed between the second fixing part and the third fixing part in a manner of allowing gyration and engage with the sun gear as well.
