PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-reliable and quick-release power-supply source with low production cost.
SOLUTION: A power conversion device which converts direct-current power into multiple voltages required for an electronic computer comprises a rectangular-shaped multipole connector to connect to a main board of the electronic computer, and a board connected vertically to a wire drawn from the multipole connector. In the power conversion device, electronic components to be mounted on the front surface of the board are mainly mounted on the surface on the opposite side of the multipole connector. A power receiving connector from direct-current power source and the multipole connector are arranged on the surface on the same side. The wire is drawn from the power receiving connector in a direction approaching the multipole connector. The multipole connector is equipped with a latch, and a height of the connector's latch and of a reverse side of the board is set to be 0.8 cm or greater and 8 cm or less, respectively. Leaded components are not mounted in a range 1.5 cm from an attachment position of the multipole connector. An insulating flat plate is fixed on the side of the multipole connector of the board.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
