NUCLEIC ACID ANALYSIS CELL AND NUCLEIC ACID ANALYZER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid analysis cell and a nucleic acid analyzer which can remove the parts where a flow rate is slow, and shorten washing time for removal of a reagent, by achieving a uniform flow rate.

SOLUTION: A nucleic acid analysis cell and a nucleic acid analyzer comprise a flow channel 103 which comprises: a detection region 108 for detecting sequence information of a nucleic acid fragment; and outside-detection regions 107 provided at both ends of the detection region 108. An inflow port 105 is provided at one of the outside-detection regions 107 and an exhaust port 106 is provided at the other of the outside-detection regions 107. Outside-detection regions 107 provided at both ends of the detection region 108 are regions where a width becomes narrower as approaching an end, and a guide 104 for branching liquid is provided at least at the outside-detection region 107 having the inflow port 105.
