<p>The device has an outer-sided chamber sound-absorber (7) and an integrated cooling function, in which a cooling element has a heat exchanger (1), two sound dampers in intake area (2) and outlet area (3), a circulating air ventilator (4), and an air steering system. A housing (11) is formed for receiving the cooling device. The air in housing is swirled in the area of blowing-out channel by tabulators (8).</p>
