CHECK VALVE AND COMPRESSOR HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A check valve and a compressor including the same are provided to maintain the torque of refrigerant that passes through an oil separator through a refrigerant inlet formed in the tangential direction of the exterior of a valve body. CONSTITUTION: A check valve comprises a valve housing(110), a valve cover(120), a valve body(130), and a spring(140). The valve housing comprises a refrigerant inlet which is formed in the tangential direction of the exterior of the valve body and an opening. The valve cover is installed in the valve housing and has a refrigerant outlet communicated with the opening. The valve body controls the refrigerant flow between the refrigerant inlet and outlet by reciprocating in the valve housing, and the valve body has a water pressure part which contacts the refrigerant inlet when closing the valve and a through hole which connects the refrigerant inlet and outlet. The spring is interposed between the valve cover and the valve body.
