<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-grain-oriented electrical steel sheet which is suitable for the stator core of a high efficiency dividing core type motor and has good magnetic characteristics in a rolling direction, and to provide a method of producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The non-grain-oriented electrical steel sheet has a chemical composition which is composed of, by mass%, ≤0.005% C, 1.0-4.0% Si, <2.5% sol.Al, 0.1-3.0% Mn, ≤0.2% P, ≤0.005% S, ≤0.005% N and the balance Fe with impurities and has <4.5% total content of Si and sol.Al, and in the non-grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, a sheet thickness is 0.10-0.35 mm, the average crystal grain diameter is 30-200 μm and an X value defined by X=(2×B<SB POS="POST">5OL</SB>+B<SB POS="POST">5OC</SB>)/(3×Is) is ≥0.845 and a core loss W<SB POS="POST">10/1k</SB>is ≤80W/kg. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
