<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precoated aluminum sheet with formability having excellent formability and heat radiating properties. <P>SOLUTION: The precoated aluminum sheet 1 with formability includes a first coating 3 formed on one side surface of an aluminum (Al) sheet 2 and a second coating 6 formed on the another side surface of the aluminum sheet 2. The first coating 3 includes crosslinked polyester resin 4 made by performing crosslinking reaction of polyester resin with 25-100°C Tg with a melamine-based curing agent or an isocyanate-based curing agent, and an additive A5. In the first coating 3, arithmetic-average roughness Ra is 0.1-5 μm, integral emissivity of infrared rays having 3-30 μm wavelength is equal to or more than 0.6 at temperature of 25°C, and a gel fraction is equal to or higher than 50%. The second coating 6 includes crosslinked polyester resin 7 made by performing crosslinking reaction of polyester resin with 0-80°C Tg with a melamine-based curing agent or an isocyanate-based curing agent, and an additive B8. In the second coating 6, integral emissivity of infrared rays having 3-30 μm wavelength is equal to or more than 0.6 at temperature of 25°C, and a gel fraction is equal to or higher than 50%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
