<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solar cell panel supporting device that can suppress sinking even if it is installed on the ultra-soft ground such as a landfill site and can be easily removed or relocated. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell panel supporting device comprises: a supporting column 3 that is installed on the ground; a framework member 7 that is connected to the supporting column 3 and supports a solar cell panel; a weight 9 that resists a wind load exerted on the solar cell panel; and a connecting member 11 that connects the weight 9 to the framework member 7 or the supporting column 3.
