<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting device capable of easily exchanging an LED. <P>SOLUTION: The LED lighting device includes a case 2 wherein the inside is partitioned into a first space 15 and a second space 16 and an air intake port 7 and an exhaust port 9 penetrating inside and outside the first space 15 are arranged facing to each other, an intake fan 17 arranged on the air intake port 7, an exhaust fan 18 arranged on the exhaust port 9, an LED circuit board 31 stored in the first space 15, a plurality of LEDs 32 mounted on a front surface of the LED circuit board 31, a heat sink 33 mounted on a back surface of the LED circuit board 31, and a power source device 36 of the LED circuit board 31 stored in the second space 16.
