<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a carbon material from various raw materials in a state of coexistence without selecting raw materials, to achieve constant time and reduction of heating time without risk of explosion or fire, to improve the yield of carbon material, and to reduce running costs by frequent automatic control. <P>SOLUTION: A method for producing the carbon raw material includes: a pretreatment process (a) to compress and form raw materials and remove only water; a carbonizing process (b) to decompose a high-molecular compound by low-temperature decomposition and making the raw materials carbon material and at the same time to adjust and control not to cause rapid thermal expansion or a rapid change of internal pressure, and to reduce the temperature lower than a temperature not causing oxidation and reduction of a material as the raw material; a post-treatment process (c) to collect carbonized materials and super fine carbonized materials generated by crushing and separating the collected carbonized materials; a gas-liquid collection process (d) to separate and collect liquefied materials and gas by indirect cooling; and a residual gas collection process (e) to process gas which cannot be subject to gas-liquid collection and has a low boiling point, to be reusable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
