<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patient information management system which is able to notify patients of the possibility of undergoing medical treatments at their own expense and contributes to gaining patients with the high possibility of undergoing medical treatments at their own expense. <P>SOLUTION: A patient information management system for managing patient information including a dental clinic terminal 1 and a patient information management server 3 numerically computes the possibility of each patient undergoing a medical treatment at his/her own expense by performing a calculation according to factors such as the type of insurance which the patient holds. In the case of receiving a call from a patient, the data of the patient's phone number is sent to the patient information management server 3 and the information of the patient of the name and the formerly computed value is found based on the phone number and a user is notified of the information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
