摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect noise more simply and surely. <P>SOLUTION: A full-wave rectification circuit 51 turns an input signal into an absolute value. A representative value determining unit 52 forms a section comprising several consecutive samples of input signals which have been turned into absolute values as a block and obtains a maximum sample value in the block as a representative value of the block. An average value calculation unit 53 forms a frame comprising a plurality of blocks and obtains a maximum value and an average value of the representative values of the blocks. A determining unit 54 determines that a frame includes a click noise if, with respect to a frame, a value obtained by dividing the maximum value of the representative values of the blocks by the average value of the representative values of the blocks is larger than a predetermined threshold value.
