<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a small-capacity battery as a backup battery. <P>SOLUTION: When an occurrence of an emergency in a vehicle is detected, whether an emergency reporting in-vehicle terminal 9 is operated by power supply of a backup battery 28 or not is judged, and if the emergency reporting in-vehicle terminal 9 is operated by power supply of the backup battery 28, minimum necessary emergency information is to be transmitted to a center 12, so that power consumption of the emergency reporting in-vehicle terminal 9 can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
