<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit fish eyes in a film or the like by properly kneading original material (kneading material). <P>SOLUTION: When kneading the kneading material containing a powdery base material resin and a swelling oil, distribution kneading treatment is performed and then dispersion kneading treatment is performed. The base material resin is high density polyethylene. The oil is paraffin oil. Temperature for performing the distribution kneading treatment is set at a melting point of the base material resin or more.
