<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying apparatus essential to effective use of organic waste such as biomass waste, in which clogging by material is prevented. <P>SOLUTION: An organic waste conveying apparatus includes a storage tank for material to be conveyed, and a conveying mechanism part for conveying the material to be conveyed supplied from the storage tank. The conveying mechanism part has a conveying cylinder and a conveying chain incorporated in the conveying cylinder. The conveying chain has conveying claws protruded to the bottom or the lower tilted portion of the conveying cylinder.
