<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible printed wiring board capable of promoting downsizing while efficiently conduction-connecting between electrodes by sandwiching an ACF by two flexible printed wiring board having guide holes and the like to accurately position that. <P>SOLUTION: The connecting structure of the flexible printed wiring board is equipped with the ACF 21 sandwiched by electrode alignments of first and second flexible printed wiring boards 11, 12 and connecting those electrode alignments.
