<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that there is a possibility that a contact failure occurs between a current terminal and a base side fixed terminal due to manufacturing errors or the like of them. <P>SOLUTION: A watt-hour meter 100 includes a watt-hour measuring unit 2 having a plug terminal 4 for detecting a voltage and a current terminal 5 disposed on a terminal block 6 and for detecting a current, an outlet terminal 18 disposed on a meter base 1 in which the plug terminal 4 is inserted and fixed, and a base side fixed terminal 7 disposed on the meter base 1 on which the current terminal 5 is connected by a terminal screw 8.
