<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste liquid treating apparatus and a waste liquid treating method that efficiently treat waste liquids when incinerating a plurality of waste liquids by a dry distillation gasification incinerator. <P>SOLUTION: When a waste liquid is supplied to a second combustion furnace 4 which incinerates the waste liquid, a temperature T1 set in a first combustion furnace 3 is controlled to a first set temperature T1max so that a temperature T2 in the second combustion furnace 4 is equal to or higher than a temperature for thermally decomposing dioxins etc., and when no waste liquid is supplied to the second combustion furnace 4, the set temperature is controlled to a second set temperature T1min, set to a low-temperature range side within a temperature range in which the temperature T1 in the first combustion furnace 3 is a temperature for thermally decomposing dioxins and self-combustion is maintained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
