<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital microscope capable of appropriately imaging a sample. <P>SOLUTION: A digital microscope 1 comprises a half mirror 13 for providing bright field illumination, a ring lens 16 for providing dark field illumination and a mechanism for changing mixing ratio of bright field illumination and dark field illumination according to the operation at an operation part 26. The mechanism for changing the mixture ratio has an optical fiber bundle 17 for supplying light to the half mirror 13, an optical fiber bundle 18 for supplying light to the ring lens 16, and an optical fiber bundle 19 for making light from a light source incident to the optical fiber bundle 17 and the optical fiber bundle 18. A light incident end of the optical fiber bundle 17 and a light incident end of the optical fiber bundle 18 are arranged adjacent to each other in the same direction, and a light emitting end of the optical fiber bundle 19 is arranged facing the two light incident ends. And, while maintaining a state where the light emitting end and the light incident end are facing to each other, the light emitting end of the optical fiber bundle 19 is moved according to the operation amount of the operation part 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
