<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from having distrust on reliability of presentation information by terminating displaying of an incorrect present position and also presenting correct present position information to the user in a portable terminal 10. <P>SOLUTION: The present position is measured based on a GPS radio wave and stored as position information. A circle W2 is set, where previous position information P1 is defined as a center and a radius is a distance between the previous position information P1 and current position information P2.
