<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent documents from being flush with each other or to prevent a clip from being caught on other document and falling out, in the clip for holding and binding the documents. <P>SOLUTION: The clip 10 includes a holding part 20 which includes a first flush part 40 and a second flush part 50, and in which the both flush parts 40 and 50 are connected to each other on one edge sides of them and the other edge sides of the both flush parts 40 and 50 are always energized in a direction in which they get close to each other, and which holds the documents etc. held between the both flush parts 40 and 50. At least one of the first flush part 40 and the second flush part 50 includes a projecting part 30 pointing in directions except the directions of the flush parts 40 and 50. The projecting part 30 is a part different from the holding part 20, and may be attached to the holding part 20.
