PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner with panels in a heat insulating structure for reducing dew condensation on partition walls and heat loss while saving a space, the panels being flexibly and reliably connected to one another. SOLUTION: A casing 1 consists of the plurality of heat insulating panels 3, 4, 5, 6a, 6b, 6c joined together. Inside the outer peripheral edges of the heat insulating panels encircled by frame bodies 73, heat insulating materials 72 are filled.
