PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an electroforming die which is excellent in transferability of a metal into a backup material, and also, which can be easily produced. SOLUTION: The method for producing an electroforming die includes: an electroforming intermediate die forming stage (1) where a metal is electrodeposited on the surface of a mold made of a metal, resin or ceramics so as to form an electrodeposited intermediate die; a backup material adhering stage (2) where a backup material is adhered to the surface of the metal electrodeposited on the electroforming intermediate die; a mold separating stage (3) where the mold is separated from the adhered material in which the backup material is adhered to the electroforming intermediate die, and the electroforming die in which the metal is adhered to the backup material is discharged; and a finishing stage (4) for an electroforming die. The electroforming intermediate die forming stage (1) is constituted in such a manner that a triazine dithiol-based electric conduction impartment agent is imparted to the surface of the matrix, and further, the metal is subjected to electroless plating so as to be subject to electric conduction impartment treatment, and thereafter, a metal is electrodeposited on the mold subjected to the electric conduction impartment treatment.
