The present invention relates to a holding band that is a golf swing accessory, and more particularly, to a holding band that maintains a uniform distance between the thumb and index finger of a hand that is positioned relatively lower during a golf swing (the right hand for right-handers and the left hand for left-handers), in order to help improve one's swing. When the holding band according to the present invention is worn, the wearer can become accustomed to maintaining a uniform distance between the thumb and index finger of the right hand without having to exert excessive force with the right hand during a swing, in order to practice improving one's grip. |
