#CMT# #/CMT# The stand has an immovable support block (3) fixed on a base (4), and two movable seats (5) on which ladles (1) are mounted by a crane (6). The movable seats include raising/lowering mechanisms so as to move the seats in up-down direction. One of the movable seat is moved over a manifold (10) such that pouring tube at lower end of ladle is lowered below the level of liquid metal in manifold, while other movable seat is moved over auxiliary manifold to lower pouring tube of other ladle below liquid metal level in auxiliary manifold simultaneously by raising/lowering mechanisms. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Two-position stand for ladle of continuous steel casting installation used in metallurgical industry. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The two position stand is compact in structure and hence occupies minimum surface in workshop, with improved reliability.
