<p>A tapping cutter device for an eyelet button hole sewing machine includes a multi-force cylinder (4), an auxiliary cylinder (12), an attachment base (8), a cutter lever (1), a cutter (22) and a sensor (13). The middle of the cutter lever (1) is hinged on an inner wall of an upper housing (25), and two ends are hinged on a piston rod of the multi-force cylinder (4) and a fixed shaft of the cutter (22), respectively. The attachment base (8) has a first and a second branch arm (81, 82) at a right angle to each other, and the right angle portion is hinged on an inner wall of a lower housing (26). The first branch arm (81) is hinged on the cylinder body of the multi-force cylinder (4), and the second branch arm (82) is hinged on the end of a piston rod of the auxiliary cylinder (12). The sensor (13) is arranged on the cylinder body of the auxiliary cylinder (12) to acquire a position of the piston rod thereof. A control unit turns on pressure air inlets on the multi-force cylinder (4) according to the position signal. The device adjusts the position of the multi-force cylinder (4) via the auxiliary cylinder (12), thereby improving cutting speed of the device by more than 70%, decreasing air consumption of the cylinder by more than 60%, extending service life of the cutter and reducing noise caused by material breaking on a premise of no change in the stroke of the cutter and the cutter pad, the cylinder diameter and the cutting force.</p> |
