<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupancy right deposit system and a method for managing occupancy right deposit which are able to solve a problem: the acceptance of occupancy for accommodation in a paid nursing home or an expensive rental housing for elderly people requires occupancy applicants to pay a hefty deposit and fulfill other conditions, however, the full amount of the deposit is not refunded to occupants leaving the accommodation since the deposit has been depreciated and the financial burden on the occupants leaving the accommodation becomes heavier. <P>SOLUTION: When a member with the granted right of occupancy for accommodation in members' housing leaves the accommodation, a deposit refund unit outputs information regarding the refund of an occupancy right deposit to the member. Consequently, the occupancy right deposit paid at the commencement of the occupancy is returned to the member and the financial burden on the member can be significantly reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
