<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting magnet device which can reduce an evaporation amount of a refrigerant in a liquid phase state and which can be miniaturized. <P>SOLUTION: The superconducting magnet device includes: a refrigerant container 3 storing the refrigerant in the liquid-phase state and a vapor-phase state; a hollow spool 4 which is stored in the refrigerant container 3 and is arranged so that an interface 7a of the liquid phase state and the vapor phase state of the refrigerant is positioned inside; a refrigerant passage hole 5a which is disposed on an upper side rather than the interface 7a of the liquid phase state and the vapor phase state of the refrigerant in the refrigerant container 3 and makes the refrigerant in the vapor phase state flow out of the spool from inside the spool; a current socket 10 which is installed on an upper side of the refrigerant passage hole 5a and to which a current lead 15 supplying excitation current to the superconducting coil 6 is attachably/detachably connected; and an insulating spacer 17 which is arranged between the spool 4 and the current socket 10 and fixes the current socket 10 to the spool 4. The refrigerant in the vapor phase state, which flows out from the refrigerant passage hole 5a, is brought into contact with an outer peripheral wall 8a of the current socket 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
