<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility equipment management system capable of providing abnormality information corresponding to a maintenance terminal notified of the information. <P>SOLUTION: A facility equipment management system 100 comprises a facility equipment management device 20, a remote management device 30, and a maintenance terminal 40. The facility equipment management device is located near facility equipment, and obtains operation information of the facility equipment. The remote management device is located at a site remote from the facility equipment, and manages the facility equipment by collecting the operation information of the facility equipment via the facility equipment management device. The maintenance terminal is located in a maintenance department of the facility equipment, and obtains an abnormality notification mail about the facility equipment under management from the remote management device. The remote management device has a display part and a transmission part. The display part displays a setting screen on which the types of information to be included in the abnormality notification mail can be set for each maintenance terminal.
