摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To brightly illuminate a position separated from an LED package as well as a position closer to the LED package. <P>SOLUTION: In a lighting device 100 for projecting a light-emitting surface 1-1a1 of the LED package 10 with a lens 31, electrodes 1-1g1 to 1-1g9 of an LED element 1-1 and a support substrate 2 are electrically and thermally connected with each other by joining bumps 3p1a to 3p9a extending from the electrodes 1-1g1 to 1-1g9 of the LED element 1-1 to a support substrate 2 side and bumps 3p1b to 3p9b extending from the support substrate 2 to an LED element 1-1 side, and bumps 3p1a to 3p6a, 3p1b to 3p6b are arranged so as to make an amount of heat transfer from the electrodes 1-1g1 to 1-1g3 located at a back surface of a portion for light-emitting light L1 irradiated to a position separated from the LED package 10 to the support substrate 2 larger than an amount of heat transfer from the electrodes 1-1g4 to 1-1g6 located at a back side of a portion for light-emitting light L2 irradiated to a position closer from the LED package 10 to the support substrate 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
