<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lattice tower for a wind turbine. <P>SOLUTION: The lattice tower includes: at least one support extending from a supporting surface 14; at least one cross-support member 42 coupled to the support to form the lattice tower; and a reinforcement assembly 62 coupled to the support to transfer at least portion of a bending load and a torsional load induced to the support to reduce a local distortion of the support. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
