<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly impart control right to a client device in a system for digitally performing panning, tilting, zooming, etc. <P>SOLUTION: A camera terminal device 100 comprises: a reception unit 106 which receives request information of the control right for controlling an area designated in the whole image taken by a camera unit 102; a control unit 108 which when the control right is not imparted to the area on the basis of the request information, imparts the control right on the basis of the request information; and an image processing unit 104 which when the control right is imparted on the basis of the request information, obtains the designated area from the whole image on the basis of control information for controlling the area. When a plurality of the areas are set and the control right is not imparted to one area, with respect to the control right to be imparted to the one area, the control unit 108 imparts the control right to the one area without regard to whether or not the control right is imparted to another area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
