<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an moving image not giving a feeling of strangeness to viewers during the playing of the moving image, by using not only static images photographed with same photographing postures as materials to create an moving image but also static images photographed with different photographing postures as materials when creating the moving image by sequentially extracting images in optional areas of each of multiple static images. <P>SOLUTION: A moving image creation device comprises a detection part which detects top-and-bottom direction of each of multiple static images and a moving image creation part which creates a moving image composed of the multiple static images so that the top-and-bottom direction of each of the multiple static images matches one predetermined direction based on detection result by the detection part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
