<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information which writes up an update summary in a source code level, in an OSS in which neither definite specification nor organized information source exist. <P>SOLUTION: A system comprises an updating information generation server 10, an developer terminal 20 and a new developer terminal 30, the updating information generation server 10 providing updating information of an OSS in a source code unit.
