<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a color of a phosphate ion contained in a test water by the generation of molybdenum blue using a preservative agent. <P>SOLUTION: A color development method of a phosphate ion contained in a test water by the generation of molybdenum blue comprises: a step of adding a first aqueous solution containing hexaammonium heptamolybdate, antimonyl potassium tartrate and sulfuric acid and a second aqueous solution containing an iodine salt and a hydroxyamine salt to the test water; and a step of heating a test water into which the first aqueous solution and the second test solution are added to 60°C or higher. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
