<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush holder which can reduce proportion occupied by a substrate, additionally can improve the yield, and can ensure space for arranging the other parts. <P>SOLUTION: In the brush holder 30 that is used in a motor 10, provided with a brush 35 brought freely into pressure contact with a commutator 19 mounted in a prescribed position of an armature shaft 14, the substrate 40 is mounted at a position opposed to each other to a sensor magnet 41 mounted at a prescribed position of the armature shaft 14; and a magnetic detection sensor 42 is mounted for detecting a change of the magnetic field of the sensor magnet 41 in this substrate 40, and the substrate 40 is mounted, in a manner so as to stand vertically in a substrate installating surface 31a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
