<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device and an image-forming device which can reduce less-accurate detection while controlling a failure caused by direct contact of developer with a detector even if a sensor to detect a temperature or humidity is installed within the developing device. <P>SOLUTION: A developing device includes a temperature-humidity detecting means 6 to detect the temperature and humidity of developer, and is provided with a sheet 1 between a developer circulation unit 2 where the developer moves cyclically and a temperature-humidity measuring unit 6a in the temperature-humidity detecting means 6. The sheet 1 has more than one air infiltration hole equal to or less than a toner particle size of the developer, and separates the developer circulation unit 2 from the temperature-humidity measuring unit 6a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
