<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that because many women usually choose places where the eyes of others can be avoided to hang the washed lingerie to dry except for special cases, this can lead to the washing losing shape or fading, and that there is a risk of theft because the washing are dried in the sun such as in a veranda. <P>SOLUTION: When boiling water is put into a drying container, the air pressure is increased in a few minutes, and thermal excitation energy is generated with the temperature in a state of elevation.
