<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture good appearance soybean curds by preventing hanging downward and meandering of a conveyor belt and preventing leakage of soymilk, and forming no seams or wrinkles on the soybean curd surface. <P>SOLUTION: A continuous coagulating device for soybean curds includes the conveyor belt C for coagulating soymilk containing coagulant while conveying the soymilk, and a concave member 10 arranged at the lower side of the conveyor belt C. The conveyor belt C is arranged in a concave shape along the concave member 10, forms coagulation tanks 10a and 10b and is conveyed.
