摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for measuring the grease film thickness of a one-way clutch which make it possible to evaluate engaged slipping. <P>SOLUTION: The movement of a roller is measured by a displacement sensor. Then the phase synchronization component B of the displacement of the roller is subtracted from the output waveform (A+B+C) of the displacement sensor to obtain the rotational fluctuation synchronization component (A+C). The rotational fluctuation synchronization component A of the displacement of the roller with reference to the position in which the roller is engaged without elastic deformation is designated as the displacement of the roller for calculating a grease film thickness.
