<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground drainage structure that allows water to be drained from the inside of ground such as banking to the outside. <P>SOLUTION: Drainage materials 16 and 16' in plate shape are buried in a ground 1 and arranged in vertical position at the top and bottom. A connector 17 connects counter edges 16a and 16a of the top and bottom drainage material facing each other at the top and bottom. The connector 17 has counter plates 27 and 27 that sandwiches the counter edges 16a and 16a facing each other in thickness direction A of the drainage material 16 and that extends in longitudinal direction B of the counter edges 16a and 16a as well as a placement plate 28 that is located between the counter edges 16a and 16a, extends in longitudinal direction B, has edge parts supported in thickness direction by the midway part of the counter plates 27 and 27 at the top and bottom and has the drainage material 16 placed on top.
