<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent chamfer of a product to a shoulder corner of a die, or chamfer of the product to a root corner of a bottomed cylindrical metallic member, when removing the product from the die. <P>SOLUTION: The cylindrical metallic member 1 includes: an outer cylinder 2 made of metal; an inner cylinder 6 housed inside the outer cylinder 2 and made of metal inside of which a cooling hole 1c is formed so as to be a bottomed hole having a bottom 1d on the end thereof; and an intermediate cylinder 4 arranged between the inner cylinder 6 and the outer cylinder 2 to form an air layer 20 between the inner cylinder 6 and the intermediate cylinder 4, and made of metal. When the air layer 20 is installed in the die, the air layer 20 is provided extending near the shoulder corner of the die, facing a cavity corner, and up to the inside of a shoulder of the die, protruding from the die to the cavity side; or when the air layer 20 is installed in the die, the air layer 20 is provided extending near the root corner of the bottomed cylindrical metallic member 1, facing the cavity corner, and up to the inside of the cavity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
