POWER AMPLIFIER, ASYMMETRIC DOHERTY POWER AMPLIFIER DEVICE AND BASE STATION

摘要

A power amplifier, an asymmetric Doherty power amplifier device and a base station are disclosed. Different radio frequency power amplifier channels are integrated within a device to form a power amplifier, thereby reducing the discreteness between the different radio frequency power amplifier channels in such a way that a test and a filter are performed during production and avoiding the occurrence of a situation that performance can not be controlled as the device discreteness between the different radio frequency power amplifier channels can be only found during application in the prior art. As the power amplifier is a single device the guarantee of the lower discreteness during application contributes to improve the performance of the asymmetric Doherty power amplifier (ADPA) circuit.
