A method, apparatus and system for controlling service and an apparatus for conflict detection are provided in the embodiments of the present invention. The method includes: receiving and recording context information of a first service example sent by a service control network element of the first service example, wherein the context information includes a key word and address information of the first service example; receiving a conflict detection request sent by a service control network element of a second service example, wherein the conflict detection request contains an indication information for indicating operations which the second service example demands the conflicting service example to perform, and a key word of the second service example; when the key word of the context information matches the key word contained in the conflict detection request, based on the address information, sending the indication information to the service control network element of the first service example to make the first service example perform the operations. Thus, the conflict between services can be actively resolved to make the operations of the service examples coordinate, thereby enhancing the communication experience of users. |
