摘要

A preparation method of (S)-4-hydroxy-2-oxo-1-pyrrolidine acetamide comprises the steps of preparing the crude product and crystallization, wherein acetone and water are used as solvents in the crystallization step. The levo-oxiracetam prepared by the present method has higher purity of more than 99.3% and lower impurity of 0-0.5%, based on mass percent. This method uses less adding times of inorganic alkaline in feeding manner, is easy to handle and will be more advantaged for application in industrial production.
