PURPOSE: A polarizing plate and a display device are provided to offer excellent anti-glare by forming a reflection prevention film on the upper side of an adhesion layer having a diffusion function. CONSTITUTION: A polarizer(110) is formed by aligning dichroic coloring on a polyvinylalcohol resin film. An adhesion layer(160) is formed in one side of the polarizer. The adhesion layer is formed using light diffusion adhesive resin composition. The light diffusion adhesive resin composition is formed by including acryl based adhesive resin, cross-linking agent, and light-diffusing agent. A reflection prevention film(170) is formed on the adhesion layer. The reflection prevention film comprises a base film(171), a hard coating layer(172), and a low refractive layer(173).
